Our mission at London Little Bites Dentistry is to fix, prevent, and maintain children’s oral health. We exist to provide access to the care children need so they can lead happy, bright lives with good oral health.

Meet Dr. Raymond Lee

Dr. Lee is from Waterloo, Ontario. He received a Bachelor of Mathematics (BMath, 1988) from the University of Waterloo, earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS, 1991) from the University of Western Ontario, and then completed an internship/residency at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto (1991).

His pediatric specialty training included a Diploma in Paediatric Dentistry (DipPaed, 1995) from the University of Toronto, a Masters in Science (MSc, 1996) completed at the Hospital for Sick Children through the University of Toronto, and a Fellowship in Paediatric Dentistry (FRCD(C), 2003) from the Royal College of Dentists of Canada.

Dr. Lee is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (FAAPD, 2021) and the Pierre Fauchard Academy (2022).

Since returning to London in 1995, Dr. Lee has been in private practice. He has also been an Adjunct Professor at the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry at Western University. Since 1997, Dr. Lee has been the first and only Staff Paediatric Dentist at the Children’s Hospital, London Health Sciences Centre. He has also been Site Chief (Pediatric Dentistry) at the London Health Sciences Centre from 2008 to 2021. Since its inception in 2004, Dr. Lee has also been cross-appointed with the Division of Paediatric Surgery, Department of Surgery.

In Toronto, Dr. Lee continues to teach and provide care as a Staff Consultant with the Program for Persons with Disabilities at Mount Sinai Hospital since 2003. He was cross-appointed as an Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto from 2012 to 2016 and remains today as a Clinic Instructor.

Dr. Lee continues to support his profession by volunteering. He has served as the President of the Ontario Society of Pediatric Dentists (OSPD) and he will be the Executive Director of the Canadian Academy of Paediatric Dentistry (CAPD) beginning in the fall of 2024. He is also the Provincial Lead in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and Dentistry for the Ministry of Health.

Dr. Lee continues to balance his time between teaching at both dental schools, private practice and sick kids at Children’s Hospital, LHSC. He is excited to extend his expertise to care for even more children at London Little Bites Dentistry, where every visit is about more than just dental health—it is about smiles, learning, and fun.
